I offer entertaining and inspiring workshops to groups and organisations who are looking to enjoy an informative, life enhancing experience. These can be one off talks, workshops or a series of events depending on your requirements. The content of these can be tailored to the particular concerns or the interests of your group or organisation. All events aim to engage and inspire participants but at the same time they are delivered with a sense warmth and fun.

A one hour presentation about how the brain works, how depression, anxiety and stress are created and how we can manage these conditions. We examine how anger and stress have become part of everyday life and explore how we can build resilience and develop a positive attitude.
This includes a question and answer session, and a guided relaxation exercise.

A three hour workshop to include a talk about how the brain works, how depression, anxiety and stress are created and how we can manage these conditions. We examine how anger and stress have become part of everyday life and explore how we can build resilience and develop a positive attitude.
The workshop will then explore in detail areas you feel are particularly relevant to your organisation’s concerns and interests and will be individualised accordingly.
In total the three hour workshop includes a talk, participatory activities, a guided meditation or relaxing trance.

As number one or two plus as series of six follow up group sessions during which participants undertake exercises that develop positivity and resilience and experience a relaxing trance.
