Phobias

Phobias can be very distressing but fortuntely they can be tackled very successfully within 4 sessions, leaving you happy, confident and free of your fears. Hypnotherapy can permanently eradicate your phobia.

This is how the process works in 4 sessions:

1. Initial Consultation: During this I explain what is happening in our brain when we suffer from a specific phobia. We discuss the process of trance and examine its power and effectiveness. Following this I will send you a free download of a wonderfully relaxing trance which helps to begin the process. You will listen to this each night in preperation for the next three sessions.

2. Pre-wind Session: This is a lovely relaxing session of hypnotherapy which will help you become used to the trance state and allows you to become more comfortable with the process, all of which helps enormously. 

3. Rewind: Using a safe and controlled hypnotic state, the memory of the traumatic events surrounding the phobia is explored. During this process we desensitize the event and massively reduce the inappropriate response.

4. Reframe: During this session we create a brand new, appropriate response pattern to the specific subject of the phobia.  We create a lovely, calm, controlled and comfortable new way of behaving and reacting.

Phobias tackled include spiders, flying, rodents, snakes, vomiting, heights, needles, dentists, birds, animals (the list is not exhaustive).
